Genuine Games Workshop card template (not a copy) from the out-of-print 2nd edition Warhammer 40,000 boxed game from the early 1990's. 1" Template for Basic Weapons (shotgun) Grenades (Red) and Heavy Weapons (Mole Mortar). 

Measures 2" inches / 50mm in diameter - 1" one inch radius from centre point. Centre hole may or may not be punched through - supplied at random.
